Centre Hall Borough Applications for Plan Examinations and Building Permit
Permits are needed for the construction of decks, porches, driveways, sheds, signs, etc. To submit an application for consideration, follow these steps:
- Contact the Borough Office at 814-364-1772 or by email at CHBW@verizon.net to receive the calculated fee to include with the application.
- Submit the completed application and fee to the Borough Office for consideration.
Building Inspector – Application for Plan Examination and Building Permit
Application requirements include:
New Building – Zoning Permit, Water and Sewer Permits and Two Sets of Plans
Building Additions – Zoning Permit, Two Sets of Plans and may need Water and/or Sewer Permits
Other Work – Two Sets of Plans and may need Zoning, Water and Sewer Permits
- Submit the completed application and fee to the Borough Office for consideration.
